If you *really* do this...
If you pay attention to the dread, the default program, the low expectation...when it comes...
You can also watch it shift.
Yes, there are certain frequencies that are more stagnant than others — depression, grief, melancholy — but they're also operating under this constant Law:
Energy is designed to MOVE.
It moves whether you're aware of it or not.
If you wake up with stress or struggle, gift yourself with the possibility that the day can turn out better than you thought. At any given moment.
Then watch for the shift.
Because it will.
This is the "step before the step." The practice BEFORE the outcome.
Rarely do we go from stress to feeling awesome in one fell swoop.
The work is in the baby steps. The practice of it. The dance. 🌀
