Join us for a relaxed, interactive evening where we’ll dig into fueling strategies that support performance, energy, and stamina especially for runners, cyclists, strength athletes, and active individuals navigating full schedules.
Whether you’re heading out for a 6am workout, lifting after work, or grinding through long weekend rides, you’ll learn tips for how to fuel with purpose so you can train stronger and recover better.
We’ll kick things off with a short, practical talk on:
What to eat and when before different types of training
Fueling during workouts and why it matters more than you think
Common fueling mistakes that lead to fatigue, GI issues, or missed gains
Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a hands-on smoothie + energy bite demo (and tasting!). You’ll have a few simple fueling options and strategies you can use right away.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions and connect with other like-minded active and athletic individuals in our local community as well as interact with some of the PR Labs Ambassadors.
MEET THE PRESENTER:
The event is led by Dina Griffin, MS RDN CSSD, a Board Certified Sports Dietitian, endurance athlete, and founder of The Nutrition Mechanic, a Boulder-based performance nutrition practice. With over 16 years of experience helping recreational and competitive athletes fuel smarter and feel better, Dina specializes in personalized strategies that support health, performance, and the demands of aging. Through nutrition coaching, various testing services, and a holistic care approach, she helps active individuals cut through the noise, avoid nutrient gaps and breakdowns, and stay strong so they can keep doing the adventures they love.
