Welcome our newest therapist, Dani Decker, to PR Labs!

Dani is a holistic integrated massage therapist. She has a background in trauma informed yoga and addresses the body to speak to the parasympathetic nervous system. She believes that profound work comes from working with her clients and meeting them where they are at in that moment.
Her style incorporates roots in Thai massage stretches, a combination of depth of pressure and deep relaxation. She is one of our deep tissue specialists.

Dani is in our office on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Book your massages online or text the office to see what will work for your schedule, you won’t be sorry.

We didn’t let the rain get us down at the Boulderthon & lululemon Fleet Feet Boulder Course Preview this past weekend! Boulder Sports Physiotherapy, The Chiro Lab LLC, PR Labs Massage Therapy, along with our friends from Stretch Zone Boulder—we had a blast! How and when you fuel can change everything - from energy and focus to performance, recovery and long-term gains.
Join us for a relaxed, interactive evening where we’ll dig into fueling strategies that support performance, energy, and stamina especially for runners, cyclists, strength athletes, and active individuals navigating full schedules.
Whether you’re heading out for a 6am workout, lifting after work, or grinding through long weekend rides, you’ll learn tips for how to fuel with purpose so you can train stronger and recover better.
We’ll kick things off with a short, practical talk on:
What to eat and when before different types of training
Fueling during workouts and why it matters more than you think
Common fueling mistakes that lead to fatigue, GI issues, or missed gains
Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a hands-on smoothie + energy bite demo (and tasting!). You’ll have a few simple fueling options and strategies you can use right away.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions and connect with other like-minded active and athletic individuals in our local community as well as interact with some of the PR Labs Ambassadors.

MEET THE PRESENTER:
The event is led by Dina Griffin, MS RDN CSSD, a Board Certified Sports Dietitian, endurance athlete, and founder of The Nutrition Mechanic, a Boulder-based performance nutrition practice. With over 16 years of experience helping recreational and competitive athletes fuel smarter and feel better, Dina specializes in personalized strategies that support health, performance, and the demands of aging. Through nutrition coaching, various testing services, and a holistic care approach, she helps active individuals cut through the noise, avoid nutrient gaps and breakdowns, and stay strong so they can keep doing the adventures they love.

About Hannah
Hannah is a 500 Hr RYT, completing advanced training at Teton Yoga Shala in Wilson, WY and at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA. Although deeply grateful for all her studies, Hannah considers her greatest teacher to be her own experience living with scoliosis, chronic pain, anxiety and autoimmune disease. She seeks to lend empathy to her students and the various states of being in which they may arrive on their mat.
