I swear by my morning smoothie! Recipe: 2 C of power greens, 1/2 C of frozen mango, 1/2 C of frozen pineapple, 1 scoop of whey protein powder, 1 T Leon juice, 15g ginger root, 2 T fiber and water. If I look like I love it in this picture it’s because I do. 😍😍😍😍.
