Come be in community, connect to your inner guidance, and have the availability to meet the inner child if you feel drawn. Building the Sacred Circle is a life long resource that expands our capacity to be mindful even in those busy moments in life. It's a great way to develop inner boundaries during a time that we are overloaded.

Hosted a beautiful Reiki 2 (Okuden) session online, today. We concluded with a conversation on how Reiki is a sound foundation for healing arts practitioners, anyone working to break generational patterns, and highly sensitive folk.

I highlighted the perspective that I have of the practice; of Reiki eventually acting as a vehicle for us to really navigate the deeper landscapes such as Ancestral Healing, connecting to Queerness, and making lasting change in our lives by learning to take accountability for our actions.

We took part in a group meditation to connect with each other, the symbols, and the living memory of Reiki that's been transmitted to us via our lineage. It was moving to say the least!

I'm grateful that we have access to technology that can bridge the gap of physical distance when we need to. With how strange our weather is, it's important to stay flexible and ready to pivot when needed.

The body speaks a thousand languages, but only few come from the tongue

In our society, work is prioritized over individual or community wellbeing.

The system itself is designed to dehumanize and install individuals into the economy & workforce.

It doesn't get much out of each person knowing their individual needs; if anything, surface-level productivity becomes challenged

Unless we work alongside other folk conscious of this, it's really hard to align ourselves with forms of work that honor not only our body, but also our inner being.

We dance the lines of abandoning relationship with the body for the means of survival - and Im here to remind you that your liberation comes from being fully seated in your body, always

We're challenged to learn how to slow down enough to listen, observe, to feel, and maybe even heed what our bodies are sharing with us.

Included in these slides are 4 tips that Ive learned from my teachers and guides that have saved me. These are applicable, immediately usable things you can do to connect to your own spirit(s) & body.

Reiki Level 3 ( Master Practitioner) Graduation!

These three gals in the front have trained and practiced incredibly hard over the last three years. Spending essentially one year in each level, I feel so privileged and proud to say they are my newest REIKI MASTERS!

Their hearts and ability to show up, care, and hold space for others has taught me more than I could have ever imagined. Crying like a baby while closing out this chapter, and again, I can't be more proud.

2025, you've taught me a lot.

Most of my blessings came from lessons learned, from making more space and time for myself, and learning how deep habits and patterns move into your life. I was the most angry, upset, and undone that I have ever felt; and I also recognize this to be a natural response to the injustices we've faced this year as a country and world.

2025 was a year of undoing all that was needed to be revealed. I was my worst enemy, this year.

As I start cleansing, making offerings, and remaining in prayer, I see a year of travel, love, growth, and stability. I speak the ending of conflicts and wars within our families, and good health to carry us to 2027. Money that provides opportunity and solution, rather than a bridge for stress to more easily capture our joy.

This next semester, I go head first into learning to become a health and life coach - focusing on mindfulness with a continued highlight in herbalism. By fall, I start training in Reflexology. My business model is changing with being so active in school, and I'm only making room for committed clients who are in alignment with my approach. I'll be out in the public more, offering readings and healings at coffee shops, kava bars, and book stores, and will be traveling to host a small Reiki workshop on the west coast. (I'm remaining open to other prospects and collaboration, so please reach out if you have an idea.)

Overall, I'm incredibly hopeful and feel inspired for what is to come. May your evenings be filled with joy, safety, and vision for a greater year ahead. Remember the promises you make to yourself and others today, as the Ancestors bare witness.

Each morning that I have an office day, I approach the herb cabinet and ask that spirit points out which to bring for the day

In session, we sit and drink the brew together during our check-in, and as the plants introduce themselves to the client, we move into the energy work. 💚

It's amazing to see how life shifts and changes, and I'm feeling really grateful that I'm given the opportunity to do work that I love.
