Day 5 of GYROTONIC Pretraining in the books. 1️⃣ more day to go with these incredible movers. It’s been a true honor to dive deep with them. The intelligence in both body and mind, has been profound. I’m so grateful to be a part of their journey and I cannot wait to take their classes in the future. ®

Of all the Specialized Equipment, Archway was the one I was afraid of the most. Especially since I took it back to back with Exploration Into The Extremes. But hey, when Abel Horvath comes, you drop everything to take ALL THE COURSES with him. Archway takes it all to another level but Abel made it accessible and brought his understanding that literally blew me away. I am so grateful to him and to and to my coursemates who encouraged me every step of the way. Truly a transformative experience and one that I will be processing for a long time! But if you’re in , DM me for an Archway private—I promise you your hands won’t look like mine! ®️
