Merry Christmas. There is no greater gift than to live life with inner peace… true inner peace without any need for outside validation, social media engagement, identity in roles or relationships or even a home base. This year, a couple years after divorce, I felt called to clean my slate to prepare for a different way of showing up and building resilience within. Thank you for those who “assumed the best” of@me & held space for me during my year of “Radical Surrender” while I released everything & disappeared to follow the guidance within, unfolding each month trusting inspiration’s flow. I have a strength and peace within. I’ve never been able to reach before. Thank you to every person who has been a part of this journey before or after or to come. Gratitude.

Today I noticed a young gal sitting by herself at dinner (in Lisbon) and went over to sit with her - found out she’s from Nigeria, but lives in and lives in London and it is her 25th birthday. Before you know it the “first date couple” at the table next to us joined and we all were friends ❤️
Always feel called to go “soul-seeing” instead of site seeing… it’s far more interesting and the most amazing people in synchronistic ways. Often we have profound connections or gifts for one another.

Why I’m not “simply following along and agreeable” in order to be liked. Integrity is my first value. I will not betray myself and fake it - just agree or go along in order to keep relationships with people, companies, friends, even family that aren’t able to be transparent and whose underlying motives are clean and clear. That might mean I miss out on AI. That might mean I miss out on belonging. That might mean I miss out on a lot of double-standards, hypocrisy, pretending bu****it too.

Hello from New York Catskills area where I came to see the autumn leaves on the East coast and found so much more… beauty, music, new friends and aligned souls, a silent singing retreat that met me at the deepest depths of human vulnerability. Im running into more and more people that want to return to the old ways of growing food and caring for each other. Stay Sovereign Sweet Soul.

2 pm today. Boulder Public Library’s Canyon theater I welcome another vulnerable day of putting myself out there with shaky knees and a trusting heart because I know these songs are a balm for many that have had similar revolutions of love and spirituality walking away from the agendas of high demand religion to corporate worlds and modern society paired with the pain of silencing abuse, personal truth, and authenticity to meet their definition of worthiness. I do work hard all the time to bring these songs to fruition any way I can and always praying / asking for more ease. This was me 100%.
After back issues, Yoga brought the stillness, the connection back to body and myself over two decades ago. This led to other powerful modalities of embodiment and somatic a decade later.
The LACK of words and guidance accompanied by fully being present in my body led to a meditative state where I felt connection with God and my higher state of being directly without a middle man labeling it or defining it for me. I prefer more silent yoga classes with enough guidance to postures and body alignment.
I am now at my exact year anniversary of the start my yoga teacher training in Guatemala with Kula Collective!
