Our Garden to Table program provides elementary schools in Boulder Valley School District (BVSD) with the resources and support to build vegetable gardens and create hands-on learning experiences for students with growing, preparing and eating healthy food. The theme based program allows teachers to integrate lessons with core curriculum and nurture the knowledge, skills and behaviors that lead to wellness and connectedness to their community and natural environment.

Our final lettuce plantings happened yesterday, and all of the lettuce will just keep growing and thriving over Spring Break. Thanks to everyone who helped with getting the lettuce in the ground and who continues to help with lettuce care! Enjoy these photos from .sanchez.elementary! 🥬🌱💚

As of last week, all of the lettuce is planted and ready to grow for our gardens! Thank you to all of the amazing volunteers who came out to help and to for letting us use their greenhouse last minute! We’re really appreciative! ❤️
