15,000
Thatâs how many lives our therapists and counselors have directly transformed through sessions since we opened our doors.
Reached through social media? Over 1,000,000 people.
But the real impact? Itâs immeasurable.
When a woman gains the tools to heal, grow, and stand confident in her power, the ripple effect touches everyone around her. Her partner, her children, her friends, her community. One transformation impacts twenty. Twenty becomes hundreds.
15,000 pebbles dropped into the waters of Colorado, creating waves that reach across generations.
This is more than therapy. Itâs a movement toward balance, equality, and possibility.
Our mission: bringing balance to humanity by empowering women.

If not, sheâs ready to say hello. đŸđđŸ
If your therapist's office is one of your happy places, you're our kind of girl. đ
We hope that anyone who sets foot inside Colorado Women's Center feels this EXACT WAY when they walk through those doors.

Sometimes the behaviors we learned to survive can follow us long after the danger is gone. Over-apologizing, people-pleasing, shutting down when emotions rise, feeling guilty about resting, these arenât personality traits, theyâre learned protections.
Healing begins when we recognize what our body and mind have been trying to do all along: keep us safe.
Swipe through and see if any of these things sound familiar. And if you're ready to change them, we're here to help.
What behavior is the one that resonates with you the most?? Drop it below!

Our staff therapist, Amy Lowe, explains how therapists at Colorado Women's Center tailor your therapy experience to whatever you need.
When most people think about therapy, they envision "Talk Therapy," but there are so many more kinds of therapy.
Other types of therapy include (but aren't limited to):
EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
Somatic - body awareness, breath work, and movement exercises
Therapy shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all experience. It should be adjusted to meet your needs and help you meet your goals.
What are some questions you have about therapy? Drop them below, and we may answer them in a later video!

Rest isnât laziness. Itâs nervous system regulation.
When you rest, you tell your body itâs safe. And when you rest without guilt, you start to heal a nervous system that has been deregulated for too long.
You deserve to rest. You deserve to heal. Today, not when you feel like you've earned it.

Colorado Womenâs Center focuses on the whole woman. Our goal is to help each of our clients become the best version of themselves. Are there parts of you that you would like to change? Do you struggle with loneliness, depression, anger, parenting, work/life balance, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or any other common issues that many women face today? If so, please know that we are here to help you get through lifeâs difficult moments, while using them as a way to transform.
Women face many conflicting messages in regard to living a full and satisfying lifeâmessages concerning what we should do, what we should think, how we should look, how we should act, and who we should be. We put so much importance on these messages that we get caught up in trying to attain themâeven if they are unattainable. And with all of the external noise and chaos, listening to our inner voice and deep intuition can be difficult. Therefore, many women struggle with feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness, which can lead to more serious issues.
Womenâs therapy is not about placing blame on men for the challenges women face. Womenâs therapy is about empowering women to discover their incredible beauty so that they are able to act from a place of truth and confidence. From this place, they will be able to find a proper balance between caring for self and others. From this place, they will learn to accept themselves for all that they areâboth good and bad. From this place, they will be able to shine all of the parts they treasure most, without shame.
At Colorado Womenâs Center, we help women to let go of the opinion of othersâone of human natureâs biggest challenges. We help them learn who they are and how to use their gifts in the world, regardless of what others think. We teach self-forgiveness and letting go of guilt and shame, so that each and every client can learn how to shine first, from within.
We believe that women shouldnât shine less because they are afraid of how their light will affect others. We feel that women should be proud of who they are in all of their beauty and imperfections. Itâs okay to walk with your head held high. Itâs okay to laugh out loud. Itâs okay to dress in whatever way makes you feel beautiful. Itâs okay to look different. Itâs okay to love whoever you want to love. By projecting your self-love and security, you are able to show others how to do the same.
Womenâs therapy addresses womenâs issues with a sense of understanding and compassion. This form of womenâs therapy and counseling is designed to honor the independent and collective female needs within an individual. By developing self-awareness and acceptance, one is able to recognize these characteristics in others. True self-esteem takes work. It has to be built. It takes persistence, forgiveness, and acceptance, but it is very possible and it is so worth it because self-acceptance is the key to life satisfaction!
