Welcome to our new office in Nederland! Find us at 268 W. Third Street (behind the Calvary Church in Poppy Plaza, close to the library). Our entire menu of services is offered again, and we have added microneedling.

Although we are still calculating our losses from the fire that destroyed Caribou Village Shopping Center, we love our new home and are beyond grateful for the community's support as we come back strong.

Women who are entering the perimenopause state...

What are some approaches to help you overcome brain fog, hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, insomnia, etc.?

Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can provide relief by supporting your body, as your ovarian functions decline and estrogen levels decrease.

Some women's bodies are best served by hormone replacement therapy, but trying a combination of acupuncture and HRT can help your body find balance through this transitory period. We are not against pharmaceutical intervention before/during menopause, but we have seen positive results through herbs and acupuncture over the last 20 years -- where women are able to relax into their mature reality.
