Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can provide relief by supporting your body, as your ovarian functions decline and estrogen levels decrease.

Some women's bodies are best served by hormone replacement therapy, but trying a combination of acupuncture and HRT can help your body find balance through this transitory period.
