Wow. This is absolutely terrible. When I was practicing in San Diego I had some clients go down to Mexico to get work done and one while in Colorado. All the work had to be redone. There are no standards of care in foreign countries. No checks and balances on patient safety. Please be careful if this is what you are considering.
