Lisa Citarella (CPT, CES, LMT), Owner of Mojo Movement and Massage, dedicates herself to helping people move better, live better, and feel better. Lisa's early experiences as an orthotist in the healthcare field led her to specialize in assisting clients with pain relief and injury prevention. Today Lisa focuses on therapeutic massage and corrective exercise, supported by extensive training and de

cades of practical experience. Lisa's keen eye discerns how best to address imbalances to bring greater freedom in movement. Whether her clients are sedentary, differently abled, or world-class athletes, they find many benefits from her practice: they become agile, flexible, strong, and capable. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition and Sport Psychology from University of California, Davis. Her post-graduate education in Orthotics was conducted at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center. She is also a licensed massage therapist with oodles (that's a technical term) of additional training in movement, recovery, and bodywork. She lives in Superior, CO, with her husband. They have two college-aged children and one much-loved, well-massaged dog.
