Our primary offering is Kaiut Yoga in collaboration with other modalities to offer a collective wellness center that guides you to live your best life. The word CURA (ku-ruh) is a Portuguese term for healing. CURA’s owner, Adriana, has family rooted in Brazil not far from where the origins of Kaiut Yoga are planted. If you are familiar with North Boulder or the Kaiut Yoga community, you might have

formerly known us as Barn Yoga Boulder. In early 2024, Adriana acquired the business with determination to extend exponential waves of healing throughout Boulder and beyond. Wendy’s story:

In addition to my work as a physician and as a teacher of Insight (Vipassana) Meditation, I have been a dedicated practitioner of yoga since 1989. For the past six years, I have been training with Francisco Kaiut, a most extraordinary yoga teacher from Brazil who has developed a unique approach to yoga. Working through the body, but with benefits which extend far beyond the body, this practice has had a profound impact on my health and well-being. Because this practice has been so beneficial to me, I wanted to share what I have learned with others in the hope that they might experience similar benefits. I began offering a few Kaiut Yoga classes per week at Kelly’s Barn in North Boulder in 2017. Since that time the number of classes has grown dramatically and Aprille Jordan and Sara Truitt have joined me as part of the Barn Yoga team of teachers. We have recently moved all of our classes to an online format due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain dedicated to offering our students the highest quality class experience and to assisting them in experiencing the profound benefits of this practice.
