My Story

Hi all! I am a massage therapist here in Boulder, CO. I studied massage therapy in Seattle, WA but received my Bachelors at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. Massage is just one of the many things I have to offer to my clients. I also am 200 YTT Yoga Certified as well as an Access Consciousness BARS facilitator and practitioner. I have studied many other energy healing modalities that I enjoy utilizing through my practice. My goal is to help you shift not only your body during our sessions but also your mind. Helping you get to your desired place in all if life; Mind, Body and Spirit. I love helping people get out of their own ways to accomplish goals, whatever they may be.
