Inspirited Arts Massage Integrative Massage I am fascinated by the body and curious about where one carries tension and how to connect to the inner space of another human being.

I work with the gradual healing process of each client and work on a physical, emotional and energetic level. The massage is typically nurturing, deep, energetic and tailored to each individual’s personal needs; including an integrative variation of Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Thai Stretching, and Reiki. Hi friends, i made a short guided visualization for energetic healing based off of my studies of the last 10 years of yoga nidra, psychic healing and the mother earth goddess. I wanted to offer some sense of grounding and replenishment in order to be able to continue seeing things coherently and hopefully provide brief respite during pursuits of peace and to not allow division resistance and pain to separate us. Over the years I have moved my studies moreso towards Sumerian, Canaanite and Hindu goddesses along with indigenous studies of the Americas which feels right to me at this time. So this isnt denominational or religious but more for connecting to the earth and releasing and healing based on my own background and ability to offer some sense of relief even if for a moment. I wanted to share something restorative in the face of collective trauma.
