Our standard of care is a 60 minute, one on one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). REVO group gravel ride updates:
We will NOT be doing fall river road as planned due to weather conditions. Cold, windy, rainy and/or snowy would not be ideal for a ride of this magnitude. INSTEAD we are going to do a ride up to Gold Hill.
ROUTE: REVO to GOLD HIll. Up Fourmile down Sunshine.
-approximately 29 miles 4k ft of climbing (feel free to join and leave the ride wherever you see fit if you want to shorten or lengthen it)
WHEN: Meet at Revo by 8 with planned departure by 8:30
WHAT TO BRING: bring a raincoat! (should be very light rain and warm temps but better to be prepared) water, snacks, etc whatever you would need for a 4 hour ride.
PLAN: stop for a snack at the Gold Hill store!
BIKES: gravel/MTB
