I offer a Specialized Deep Tissue Massage with the added element of Neuromuscular Stretching. Which helps to open, oxygenate and energize the muscles, along with emotional energy releasing (moving blocked energy/stress out of the body). And a hybrid modality of Tragger, which is a gentle rocking that helps the muscles relax...feels great! Leaving the client feeling taller, lighter, energized and with an improved sense of Well Being. I've also intregrated Tagger to my massage, which is a gentle rocking to areas where tension exists to relax the muscle. I also do a Native American Hot Stone massage. Which includes Energy & Chakra balancing if desired
