Oldie but goodie! Bringing back these Chocolate Chip Blondies for anyone who needs a little sweetness today! 🍫✨
Grain-free, refined sugar-free, and honestly so good you won’t miss a thing.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ cup tahini
¼ cup melted & cooled coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups fine almond flour, packed
½ cup cassava flour
½ cup coconut sugar
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Sea salt flakes for topping
Steps:
✨Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
✨In a large bowl, mix eggs, coconut sugar, tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla until combined.
✨Add almond flour, cassava flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate.
✨Pour into your prepared pan, spread evenly, and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are golden.
✨Slice, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy! 🧂
