Oldie but goodie! Bringing back these Chocolate Chip Blondies for anyone who needs a little sweetness today! 🍫✨

Grain-free, refined sugar-free, and honestly so good you won’t miss a thing.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
½ cup tahini
¼ cup melted & cooled coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups fine almond flour, packed
½ cup cassava flour
½ cup coconut sugar
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Sea salt flakes for topping
Steps:

✨Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
✨In a large bowl, mix eggs, coconut sugar, tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla until combined.
✨Add almond flour, cassava flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate.
✨Pour into your prepared pan, spread evenly, and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are golden.
✨Slice, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy! 🧂

Peel it, slice it thick, fry it once with avocado oil, smash it, dip it in garlic + salt water, then fry it again till crispy.🔥

Top it with guac (👀 Chef Amy’s special — let me know if you want the recipe), carne desmechada, ropa vieja, chicken or whatever protein fills your heart.🤍

CHEF’S TAKE ON THE VIRAL JAPANESE CHEESECAKE

We had to test the viral Japanese coconut sable + Greek yogurt “cheesecake”… but of course we gave it a twist 😉✨
We whipped the yogurt with cream cheese until silky, added earthy matcha powder, coconut sugar, juicy strawberries, and finished with chocolate shavings 🍓🍫

Light, creamy, gently sweet—not classic cheesecake, but delicious in its own lane. No-bake, spoonable, and totally worth the try 👍

Chef tips 🤍
• Use full-fat yogurt I’ll tag Maple Hill
• Be generous with the cream cheese
• Use real Japanese coconut sable cookies (we found ours at Nijiwa) I’ll tag
• Coconut sugar = softer sweetness

Trends are fun. Making them taste good is better 💚👩🏻‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳
