We offer two unique online trainings designed to support your well-being and build resilience in these intense times:
🌿 Thicket Resourcing: Climate-Focused Trauma & Resiliency Training (4 weeks)
For frontline professionals (medical, educators, activists, therapists, etc.)
Practical path to emotional resilience through contemplative practices, teachings, and nature journeys.

🌳 Thicket Training: Navigating Emotional Resilience & Adaptation to the Climate Crisis (8 weeks)
For those deeply confronting the polycrisis in their work and lives.
