🐝🐝Bee or Wasp Stings-We see a lot of these in the summer months. Children step on a wasp nest or swat a bee whose interested in their Popsicle. Most stings are just painful and will go away, but if you experience the following, head to the doctor immediately…

• Hives, itchiness, and swelling over large areas of your

Dehydration-While outside enjoying the weather, it can be easy to forget to drink water. Soon you feel lightheaded and ready to pass out. This is completely preventable. Drink plenty of fluids, especially water, take regular breaks in the shade, and try to schedule your most vigorous outdoor activities for times when the heat isn't so strong, such as early morning or late afternoon.
