As some of you might know, humanity lived in times like Lemuria and Atlantis when we innately knew the divine sparkle in our hearts was ‘plugged into’ the omnipresent light: Divinity/God/Creator/Source/Universe…the one with a thousand names.⁣
⁣
And then humanity descended and ‘forgot’. Those in power, for the past 5000+ years, have purposely disconnected us from our divine sparkle. This has caused us to look externally to know who we are and need another to connect us to God/Source/Creator.⁣
⁣
Good news…that is changing! As humanity continues on this path of awakening and remembering who we are, one of the aspects that is starting to come back online is our divine sparkle. The level of consciousness is rising on the earth, which is what is giving us access again.⁣
⁣
However, it’s not like a flip of the switch. It takes conscious awareness. You’re building your awareness muscle, and that doesn’t happen overnight.⁣
⁣
It takes commitment to feel your divine sparkle in your heart and the direct line to the omnipresent light of source/God/Divinity/Universe/Creator.⁣
⁣
So how do we do this? It’s simple but not easy: stillness and quiet, tuning into your heart and asking for the light of Creator to fill your heart and body so you can start feeling the love.⁣
⁣
Most people, because we’ve been programmed to look externally, the thought of sitting or lying quietly, tuning into the Great Spirit, staying open to feeling the light and love filling their body, doesn’t seem doable. As I said, it’s simple but not easy. However, I highly recommend giving it a try.⁣
⁣
Just begin, 5-10mins a day. It’s a process. It takes time, but as your divine sparkle starts charging up, life gets really magical. You feel better. You are called into more acts of service. You are more compassionate. You attract people on the same wavelength. You experience magic that brings delight into your world.⁣
⁣
I’ve been practicing this for about two months. I can vouch that I can FEEL my divine sparkle getting bigger and brighter. My life is feeling more filled with blessings than ever before.⁣
⁣
As a medicine woman, Spirit has asked me to help people to start accessing their divine sparkle through the gentle plant medicine, ceremonial cacao. I’ll be holding my first one here in Taos soon, expanding down into Santa Fe and Lander, WY.⁣

Yesterday morning, we had a total lunar eclipse, and the energies will be felt for the next 6 months. It’s not a one-day and done deal!⁣

The eclipse energies will be particularly present until the new moon on the 18th.⁣
⁣
⁣
Since I’m all about the sacred feminine, I’m excited to share that this eclipse is really bringing her to the forefront in all of us, to highlight the magic that is you.⁣

She is also saying, ‘Don’t forget me again,” in regards to the new earth we are creating. Otherwise, we will recreate what we’ve had for the past 5000+ years…no more patriarchy, please! We are being called to bring into balance the feminine and masculine. No more one without the other. Welcome your inner feminine. Feel her in your body, not your mind!⁣

What does that look like? Relating in a new, more mature way, the embodiment of feminine radiance, magnetism, pleasure, wildness, wisdom, and sacred union.⁣

Being able to speak your truth and hold strong boundaries are in direct correlation with a healthy, de-armored womb.

For years as a healer, I supported women in speaking their truth. However, a few years ago, when I started doing Womb work with ladies, did I learn that the Womb and throat chakra are twins.

The more the womb is healed and open, the more a woman’s voice can be heard and honored.

I love sharing success stories, and I just got one from one of my mentees this week. But first, let me share the back story.⁣
⁣
Last October, Jody discovered she had ovarian cysts and one on her cervix. She was rather concerned and brought it up to me when she joined the Divine Feminine Reclamation Mentorship in December.⁣
⁣
As I always say, there is an emotional element behind physical ailments. They don’t happen just because. The body is trying to tell us something through the dis-ease/ailment.⁣
⁣
With the healing process of cysts, fibroids, and growths, we look for unprocessed traumas; what is stuck, repressed, disassociated, and stored in the cyst or growth. For example, it can be suppressed sexual energy or negative, unprocessed stuff rolled into a ball and stored away. It can be refusing to grow/addicted to stagnation/hiding in life. The organ it is growing on will also give more info.⁣
⁣
Since Dec., Jody and I have been diving in deep in the DFR mentorship to help her discover what her divine feminine actually is, because as she exclaimed during the women’s retreat last fall, she didn’t even know what that was! She is not alone.⁣
⁣
And part of this process has been clearing the energies that have been the root cause of her cysts. On Monday, Jody got an ultrasound, receiving wonderful news that the one ovarian cyst that was of most concern was totally GONE! Amazing!⁣
⁣
We still have some more deep ‘digging’ and healing to do to dissolve the other two cysts, but as Jody said, “We are headed in the right direction.” Yes indeed!⁣

Are you emotionally bypassing?

Recently, I did a class about conscious death. We’re all going to die at some point: tomorrow, next week, next year, or in 30 yrs. When we pass over, our soul gets a life review, bringing awareness where we were kind, loving to self and others, authentic, supportive, generous, etc., and also where we were judgmental, mean, harsh, no caring, withholding love for self, berating, etc. This brings awareness and growth for the soul.⁣
⁣
⁣
The guidance was to do a life review now, not wait until we die. That way, we can change, make improvements, support the evolution of our soul, and make this lifetime more amazing.⁣
⁣
⁣
Being aware of this, I decided to do a plant medicine over the weekend, and wow, I didn’t know what I was in for. I got a life review! This wasn’t my intention, but as I always say, the medicines will always give you what you need. I was shown my underbelly…. the medicine was neutral, showing me my shadows.⁣
⁣
⁣
I’m grateful for what was brought into the light: judgment, envy, and being the victim were the biggies.⁣
⁣
⁣
Now I get to work with that awareness and make the needed changes.⁣
⁣
⁣
For example, in my morning practice today, Spirit showed me my self-judgment, starting with the body. This is a big theme, particularly for women. Criticism of many, if not every part of their bodies…the body is the temple that houses our soul. Body love is the basis of self-love. We work with this to heal this core wound in the Inner Womb Bloom: Women’s Plant Medicine Retreat.⁣

⁣
The times we are in right now, just like what is happening ‘out there’ with a lot of the underbelly of our society being exposed, so is ours. As above, so below. I don’t know anyone who isn’t ‘feeling it’. A lot is coming up. It might be intense, but if you are willing to look, feel, and work with what is emerging for you, transformation can happen.⁣

How are you feeling? A bit beaten up? I am!

On Sunday, it was the last full moon of this wood snake year, in the Chinese calendar. I was hit hard by the ‘birthing contractions’, sick all day, slept 10 hrs. and fortunately felt well on Monday. I did a lot of releasing in prep to go through the birthing canal as we get ready to birth a new version of ourselves as we awaken more and expand into higher consciousness.

I’ve heard from quite a few clients and friends who also experienced something similar and, in combo, say they feel like they are on the verge of something totally new, something really big, YES!

So if you were/are feeling crappy or unsettled, celebrate it and know that the old version of you is dying and a new one is getting ready to be born. Keep the faith and hope. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself and others, as the ascension symptoms are everywhere.

Here are a few you might be experiencing:

🌟 Fluctuations in body temperature, i.e., hot flashes

This will be go time into a totally new era that many of us have been waiting for! More on that in the next few weeks.
