Have you noticed how hard it has become to get together with a few people and eat? 🥐🥘🫔🥒 Everyone has a food issue, health issue, food intolerance, or autoimmune condition. 🔥🚫🧨

A lot of our food system is not regulated. Companies have the freedom of 'self regulation' and 'in-house testing' for food additives and can deem anything safe that they want to. 🦠
So....food additives & preservatives serve the shelf life of a product, not the health of the consumer. They lower the available 'Qi' in foods aka it's nutritional value. 🗑️
Most restaurants cook with canola, vegetable, or soy oil, high in omega-6's, which are highly inflammatory and have links to higher rates of cancer. ☄️
Glyphosate is found is most corn, wheat, soy, and beans that aren't organic or non-gmo, so every time you eat bread, corn chips, beans, soy-containing foods or 'grain bowls', you're getting a big dose of gut destroying chemicals that lead to leaky gut disorder (and potentially autoimmune conditions) 🌽🥯🍱🫘
Cold foods that are often promoted as 'healthy', like salads, juices, and smoothies put out your digestive fire, leading to more gas, bloating, low energy, and foggy brain. 🥗🍹
