They’re your foundation—
absorbing impact,
adapting to the ground,
supporting every step, every movement, every posture.
But when the feet lose function—
from shoes, from injury, from time—
the body doesn’t stop moving.
It compensates.
Knees take on more load.
Hips tighten.
The spine adjusts.
And over time, those small compensations become patterns.

At Kaiut Yoga Boulder, we don’t chase intensity. We build relationships—between joints, tissues, and the nervous system. We return to the same shapes again and again, not to perfect them, but to feel them differently each time.

Practicing and studying directly with Francisco offered powerful insight into the brilliance and simplicity of the Kaiut Yoga Method and its impact on long-term joint health and resilience.
