Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives? We put patient care first and provide life changing physical therapy services at our regionally renowned clinic located in Boulder, CO. We are currently seeking to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) / Medical Receptionist to lead our front office operations. This position requires a service-oriented individual with great attention to detail, a warm demeanor, and the ability to work with others as part of a team.

Your duties will include:

- welcoming patients upon arrival
assisting therapists and patients to ensure plan of care is followed to maximize likelihood of patients reaching full recovery
-participating in monthly management meetings and providing strategic suggestions using practice reports
- scheduling appointments
- answering phones
- closing new patient leads and implementing new patient routing process
- electronically verifying & explaining insurance benefits (simplified revenue model cash pay, out of network only & Medicare, no collecting payments responsibilities)
- updating electronic medical records
coordinating service and integrating with another PCC, billing and pool of 5 dedicated virtual receptionists for overflow

This is a full-time position requiring 32-40 hours per week (no weekend work). Endometriosis occurs when cells from the lining of your womb (uterus) grow in other areas of your body.

👉🏻Symptoms
Symptoms can include excessive menstrual cramps, abnormal or heavy menstrual flow, abdominal fullness or cramping, pain in the lower abdomen, lower back, pelvis, re**um, or vaginal pain during in*******se.

👉🏻Who Does it Affect?
Endometriosis affects an estimated 2-10% of American women/individuals with vaginas typically between 25 and 40 years of age.

Our Story

Pelvic Therapy Specialists (PTS) offers high quality physical therapy treatment and personalized care for pelvic floor disorders and uro-gynecological diagnoses. The focus of our clinic allows for resolution of symptoms and alleviating conditions in a quicker, less costly manner. We are able to identify and treat pelvic related diagnoses that may be missed by others. The therapists at PTS have over 300 hours of specific pelvic and spinal related continuing education training. Patients are treated solely by licensed, doctoral trained physical therapists primarily utilizing one on one manual therapy techniques, exercise instruction, and/or biofeedback.
