My Therapeutic Approach

I am a master's level clinician who offers professional treatment of the family system. Within my private practice, sessions focus on individuals, couples, adolescents, children, parenting techniques, behavioral issues, addiction, & other causes of strained relationships which negatively affect the home environment. I use a unique mixture of humor, directness, relatability, & acceptance to provide a safe environment with my clients. In a non-judgmental space, one’s inherent strength & mindfulness can submerge. Using a strengths-based approach, I help clients find tangible ways to obtain their individual versions of positive change.

I received a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the Univ. of Southern California, specializing in children, youth, & families. I am trained in a broad array of evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), crisis-intervention, trauma-focused CBT, & many more! Online sessions available!

I offer a solution-focused approach to my clients. I consider a dysfunctional relationship as a time-sensitive top priority, and intend to help your family improve its current behavioral patterns as soon as possible. Individual evidence-based “homework” activities begin immediately, & provide clients real-life practical tools which bring faster results.
