LIVE IN JOY, IN LOVE…. And one who lives in joy naturally lives in love. Love is the fragrance of the flower of joy.

Inside there is joy; you cannot contain it. It is so much, it is unbearable. If you try to be miserly about it, you will feel pain.

Joy can be so much that if you don’t share it, it can become suffering, it can become pain.

Joy has to be shared; by sharing it you are unburdened, by sharing it new sources open up within you, new streams, new springs. That sharing of your joy is love. Hence one thing has to be remembered: you cannot love unless you have attained to joy. -Osho

Nadabrahma Meditation — Wednesdays at Noon

This month, we are offering Nadabrahma Meditation (Humming Meditation) every Wednesday at 12:00 noon, in person at the center and on Zoom.

Nadabrahma is a simple and powerful practice of humming that supports the nervous system through gentle vibration, breath, and inner stillness. We are offering this as a wonderful midweek reset—an easy way to return to the body, calm the mind, and feel more centered.

Humming is known to support relaxation and regulation by stimulating the vagus nerve and helping shift the body into a more restorative state.

It can also be a beautiful practice for those moving through healing, integration, or emotional intensity—offering connection without needing words. If you' like to learn more about the benefits of humming you can read more here from our Wednesday Nadabrahma meditation leader, Arani

We hope you’ll join us for this nourishing pause in the middle of the week.

In a mantra meditation – Nadabrahma or any chanting – this is how the mechanism works: when you start chanting a sound – and any sound will do; even abracadabra – if you start resounding inside, the body starts responding.

Sooner or later a moment comes when the body and the mind are both together in one direction for the first time.

When body and mind are both together, you are free from the body and the mind – you are not apart.

Then the third element which you are in reality – call it soul, spirit,’ atma’, anything – that third element is at ease because it is not being pulled in different directions.

Meditate, Celebrate, Share

The Osho Leela Meditation Center (OMC), is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to providing daily meditations, group processes, events, workshops, and celebrations to help people become more aware and present.

“My whole teaching consists of two words, meditation and love. Meditate so that you can feel immense silence, and love so that your life can become a song, a dance, a celebration. You will have to move between the two, and if you can move easily, if you can move without any effort, you have learned the greatest thing in life.”

Our mission is to Meditate, Celebrate and Share.
