We have the honor of shouting out Elaine for this February. She is our wonderful billing manager, while to others she may be Scrooge during Christmas she is Santa to us. Without her our practice, quite literally, would not be able to continue functioning. Billing is the heart beat of any practice and with her our heart beat is nice and strong. Happy New Year!
We are excited to start this new year off with an employee shout out. This employee was the winner of our holiday dessert contest, though she may have won by nefarious means. She is an integral part of our practice and one of our amazing call center workers. A huge shout out to Svetlana! Our Dr. Rajpal was recently featured at the Inspiration in Women’s Wellness luncheon held by the Avista Hospital Foundation. This video is about the new Eagle procedure and one of the first patient in the nation to receive it. Seeing the great outcome brings both ourselves and Avista great joy. Especially as this demonstrates that we are continuing to advance the already complicated procedures we use, enabling us in the future to do things we haven’t even imagined yet.
