What does it mean to be “heart-centered?”🫶🏼
It’s doing our best to come back again and again to the true spiritual source in the center of our Being-the heart-as a wellspring of unconditional love for self and other. The mind will inevitably challenge us in this feat as it often moves from fear, judgement, and lack, but the heart is always here waiting for us to make that shift back to an all-encompassing feeling of softness toward life, which is nourishing to the Soul. Love, compassion and forgiveness for ourselves and others becomes easy the more we practice it, and see how much better it feels to be in this expansive frequency, rather than the constrictive, looping limitations of the mind.😵💫
One of my favorite practices is remembering that we all come from the same place and were all once purely innocent little babies. 👼🏻 Recognizing that that same frequency still exists in all of us, even if it’s buried deep under many layers of trauma, is a gift to ourselves and whomever we are in connection with. It immediately softens the heart into compassion, and reminds me of how similar our journeys are on this planet. How we’re all just doing the best with the childhood wounds and societal conditioning we’ve endured. And phew-we all deserve a blanket of compassion for this human experience!
As a healer my hands are an extension of my heart and I pray my love, respect and care for all of Life is felt through them.✨🤲🏼✨
