I'm excited, proud, and a little sad to announce:

I AM MOVING BACK TO LA!

(Long Version)

Many of you know, at the beginning of 2024, I began teaching in the Acupuncture Doctoral program at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (grad school alma mater) and have been traveling every six weeks to teach; I have also teaching remotely by zoom in the masters program. I have been embraced by the students and administration of the university and have been invited to take a much larger role this fall.

Teaching and speaking have always been a passion for me, and after nearly 30 years of clinical practice, I am excited to invest more time on this path to have a greater community impact and share wisdom which guides people to greater health and happiness.

Yes, I will still be treating patients, both in California and in Colorado. I will also continue my wellness and life, coaching, practice, and adding group seminars and healing retreats. As long as Universal allows, I will return monthly to treat my Colorado patients, drop in with Ohana, and of course, to spend time dancing with the musical Jamily!

In an effort to simplify this process and thin out all that has accumulated in my 14 years in Colorado, this weekend I will be having an Open House/Moving sale" to pass on of some of my gorgeous plants, and select pieces of furniture and gear. (Daytime Saturday & Sunday)

Come on by for a cold beverage, some storytelling about our time together in Colorado, a big hug, of course, some groovy tunes, and maybe even walk away with some awesome art, a gorgeous plant, or some great gear.

I am so grateful for my friends, Patients, and all of the glorious times I have shared here in Colorado. This is not an ending, but merely the beginning of a larger chapter in my life...

I have so much love for you all and hope to see your beautiful faces before I roll out mid-August!

In addition to utilizing the adjacent staff kitchen and our fully-stocked herbal apothecary, you will have access to a network of other high-caliber practitioners spanning across the entire spectrum of healing arts. Massage tables and other furniture must remain in place; offices are ideal for practitioners who can make use of them.

Nestled in the Mandala Integrative Medicine clinic in South Boulder, TPM brings over 30 years integrating holistic nutrition and lifestyle in the cycling, fitness, and wellness industry. The ideal assistant will be excited about supporting TPM to do the best work possible, bring a warm, calming presence to the space and the patients who come in for treatment, as well as a high degree of integrity and conscientiousness to all aspects in your care. This is a peaceful and safe environment, and the right fit will naturally uphold these values.
Responsibilities + Requirements:
- Greeting and checking-out patients with friendliness and professionalism
- Managing appointments on our scheduling system
- Keeping our beautiful front office space + 2 treatment rooms tidy and turning over rooms in between patients
- Preparing herbal blends
- Running errands
- Proficiency in Google suite (Google docs, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Watering indoor plants
- Creating newsletter content + social media posts
- Focus and organization to track multiple projects
- High degree of accountability and integrity
- Passion for natural health care and an ability to communicate it and embody it
Experience with Unified Practice and Constant Contact preferred but not required.
