Pilates Redefined

Pilates Redefined Pilates is an exercise modality that strengthens and tones your body from the inside out. Pilates is for anyone looking to build a strong and healthy body.

Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Sessions are 55 minutes in length and ideally you practice twice a week. However, you'll see improvements with even 1 weekly session since what you learn in the Pilates studio, you'll use in all facets of your life from more ease while walking, more power while biking, more distance on the golf course or playing on the floor with the kids.
