I hope you all have been enjoying the energy of the New Moon in Capricorn, Sunday January 18th at 12:51 MTN time.
Did you plant your seeds? Did you write a new Self Definition? Did you create your Vision Board and incorporate all those New Years Resolutions?
These are things I do at the New Year and the New Moon. They are both beginnings. A time to set intentions. These are things we do in class because they are POWERFUL.
This New Moon in Capricorn is about that Focused Attention on our most desired Intention. It is a plan, list the steps, take slow, steady action.
As Martin Luther King said, "keep your eye on the prize". I would like to add - keep your heart open!
As I have been reminded, "follow the steps".
This is not just in the action items but in the steps of building your foundation. I have been hearing "we want you to have your foundation, first".
Pay attention to the things that easily fall into place. What things do you keep getting blocked by? Is that the right direction? Can you go around?
Trust yourself and quit asking for permission. Quit asking for validation. Your path to success is YOUR OWN. You have so much support now. The energy of authenticity is being called for.
Slow and steady like the goat moving up the mountain. Balanced. Taking care.

Andrew had a sampler session with me in June. It was to show the Divine By Michelle, various services I provide all in one session.

I am so thankful Andrew came in. The relaxation and smile on his face were wonderful to see. I do want to note, trying to implement all services in one session is A LOT.
I want to clear up the learning he digested in the note above. I would replace the word "control" with the word "responsibility". How we choose to respond in every moment can significantly change our personal reality.
Is everything an emergency? Is everything a threat? Are you responding with anxiety of outcomes?
By the way, Andrew is a great and caring insurance agent with State Farm trying to help others.

I am so thankful to help others find their path.
Melissa has made some huge and life changing decisions since her Reiki 1 class in June. Changes in almost EVERY aspect of her life. Things just lined up after she made the choice to START her path. She took the class then, WOW.

Michelle gains education through practice and continues classes and deepening knowledge the areas of study previously listed. New additions to her repertoire being currently is enrolled in the Mindfullness-Based Stress Reduction courses and teaching Mini Merlins to those 10-14 years old. Michelle feels a holistic approach is best and meets people where they are on their path. Michelle has a few other skills that help her relate as past businesses in Marketing, and Spa (including her licenses as barber, esthetician and manicurist).
In her spare time Michelle enjoys hiking or foraging herbs for homemade tinctures, glycerites, and teas. She enjoys time with her daughter making lotions and potions, soaps and candles. Michelle would like to incorporate more time for varied fun….possibly being pit crew for racing again, once in a while.
