Hi, I’m Polina and this is your official reintroduction to the woman who can see inside your body. Literally.

I’m a medical intuitive & holistic health coach for women, and I help you decode the symptoms that no doctor seems to understand — so you can finally feel at home in your body again.

But here’s what most people don’t know about me:
• I discovered I could see inside the body when I was 28. Not metaphorically — I actually see where emotions, toxins, and energy are stuck in the body.
• I have a PhD in consumer behavior (yep, I used to study why we buy stuff).
• I was once an actor’s agent.
• I dated a rockstar (wild times).
• And for 15 years, I lived in the most beautiful city in the world (guess where?).
• I moved from Russia to the U.S., my mission remains the same:
To help women in perimenopause and midlife understand their bodies, reclaim their energy, and stop blaming themselves for symptoms that are not their fault.
I believe your body is always talking to you —you just need someone who knows how to listen.
