We will dive into a juicy + playful + nourishing Soul Sweat dance practice and energy medicine modality, called Jin Shin Jyutsu (similar to Reiki and acupuncture).

2. On 4/13, I will be offering a “Feng Shui fundamentals” workshop from 2-4 pm and teach you how to energize all energy centers of your house and business spaces. You will leave this workshop with practical Feng Shui tips and shortcuts to create immediate and transformative changes in your home and life.

Weekly Feng Shui Enhancements - Bedroom. 💫

✨ Create a nourishing sanctuary by surrounding yourself with objects you love to see, touch, taste, smell and hear.
✨ Bedroom decor should be soft, warm, inviting and graceful (decorate with soft pillows, flowing drapes, silky bedding and furniture made from natural materials, such as wood).
✨ Use soft and soothing colors such as creams, pinks, peaches to open up your heart or invigorating ones such as magenta and purple to spice up relationship.
✨ Locate your bed in the back corner of the room, diagonally opposite the door, head pointing North.
✨ Make sure your bed has a headboard for stability, support grounding and protection and it is backed by the wall.
✨ Add plants, flowers, and light to harmonize the environment.
✨ Arrange objects in pairs: two night stands, two lamps, two candles, two pillows, etc. to create balance and strengthen the energy of couple.
✨ Stimulate love by placing a statue of a couple in an embrace or other work that embodies passion, playfulness, and tenderness.
✨ Hang an inspiring artwork directly across from your bed.
