Inca Warrior Fitness Helping people achieve their dreams of a healthier, more fit and stronger life. I don’t just give instructions on how to exercise, lift weights, and eat right.

My name is Anthony Rodriguez, and I am a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist dedicated to helping people on their journey to a healthier state of body and mind. As a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist, I help clients of all ages and sizes become their best selves through diet, exercise, and developing confidence and positive self image. I also encourage clients, give a

dvice, and reassure them that they can keep going when they think they cannot go any further. Before I started my personal training career, I worked as a laboratory technician and spent my spare time coaching friends and family. Whether their goal was to lose weight, get stronger, or just feel healthier, I accompanied them to the gym, taught proper form, and gave wellness suggestions, all of which they eagerly implemented into their routines. Their results were so successful that it inspired me to share my abilities with others outside my immediate circle. In 2014, I obtained my Fitness Specialist certificate from Raritan Valley Community College and FIT-traxx Group Personal Training certification. I started seeing many happy clients at many New Jersey gyms, including L.A. Fitness, Clark; YMCA, Somerville; and Eclipse Gym, Green Brook. As a personal trainer, I go beyond telling clients to do one more push-up or run for one more minute. Every client is guaranteed complete attention, a full understanding of any limitations, and respect for personal wellness goals. As your trainer, I take a personal interest in watching you hit your milestones and achieve your short and long-term goals.

In 1998 the first Federal Guidelines for the treatment of overweight and obesity in adults were released by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). With 200 Million Overweight Americans, NHLBI has made Obesity part of its Major Educational Priority.
The Major thrust towards avoiding obesity and other diseases is to follow the next recommendations:
Weight loss should be reduced by 10%
Weight loss should be on supervision of practice for a period of time.
In Order to decreased calories per day with combination of calorie intake and physical Activity.
Emphasize a heart healthy diet by keeping saturated fats under 10% of total calories, Cholesterol under 300 mg a day and Sodium less than 2,400mg a day.
OUR PRINCIPAL FOCUS IN OUR METABOLISM IS THE ABILITY TO BURN CALORIES IN OUR BODY;
For Every 1LBS of Muscle you add. Your Body burns up to 50 Calories per Day.
For Every 10LBS of Muscle you add. Your Body burns 500 Calories per Day.
For 10 LBS of Muscle you add a day. Your Body burns up to 3,500 calories a Week.
3,500 of Burning Calories is 1LBS of Fat Loss a Week.

Decrease Calories While Increase Physical activities;
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Recommends that Adults Engage in a Minimun of 150 minutes (2hrs. 30mins) A week of Moderate to Intensity Physical Activity.
Physical Activity can be Named;
"LOW" less than 150 minutes every week.
"MEDIUM" 150-300 minutes per week.
"HIGH" Over 300 minutes per week.
Most Physical Activities are Between Health and Skill Related:

Aerobic/Dancing

GOLDEN GOALS
Front Lunge:
-Stan with the feet and Shoulders width apart.
‐Keep the torso vertical.
Keep back flat in a vertical position.
‐Take a large step forward.
-Move the body downward than forward until the knee of the rear leg is just above the floor.
-Make sure the front knee does not move beyond the toes of the front foot.
Take each step returning to the starting position by following the same path used for the downward movement.
Note:
Hydrate continuously and check your heart rate in every workout.
Check your pulse from time to time.
Take your time in every workout.
Approach one Goal at the Time.
Remember always this; No body have the same body frame, curvers and shape.
We can stay healthy and fit on a any body frame😉.

GOLDEN GOALS
Romanian Deadlift:
-Stand with the feet and shoulders width apart.
-Knees slightly bent, and keep the back flat in neutral position.
-Hold the bar against the thighs with a closed overhead grip.
-Press the hips slightly backward, letting the bar move downward until you feel a slight stretch in the hamstrings.
-Repeat same position by following the same path as used for the downward movement.
Note:
In the first time avoid using too much weight.
Keep the angle of the knees fixed.
Keep hydrate.
Never too late to start a new life with a healthy lifestyle.

Lat Pulldown:
Body Parts(Latissimus Doris, Biceps Brachii)
Sit down and adjust the thigh sit pads to secure a leg position.
Select appropriate weight stack.
Stand up and grip the bar slightly wider than the shoulder width.
Lean back slightly from the hips, and bring the bar down to the front of the chest in a controlled manner.
The midpoint is reached when the bar almost makes contact with the chest.
Keep back straight position.
Select appropriate resistance weight stack.
Begin with 4 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions.
Hydrate between sets.
