We had an amazing yoga class last night in the local art center. We added reflection time in our practice- give it a try.

🌟 Start with a short meditation.
🧘 Then add a minute to brain dump on a piece of paper, to calm those racing thoughts.
🙏🏾 End with a meditation and a few minutes of reflection time. It’s amazing!
