As we close out the year, Dr. Bailey wanted to share a message with our community:

After 32 years of practice serving Davis County and beyond, I’ve made the decision to retire from full-time orthodontic practice. This community and the families I’ve had the privilege to care for have meant more to me than I can adequately express. Thank you for trusting me with your smiles and for allowing me to be part of your lives over the years.

While I’m stepping into a new chapter with more time for family and personal pursuits, I’m not disappearing entirely—you’ll still see me from time to time, as I plan to stop in and occasionally provide coverage. Once part of the family, always part of the family.

I’m incredibly proud to share that Dr. Andrew Welling will be continuing leadership of the practice. Dr. Welling has been part of our team for nearly five years, and a partner for the past three. He shares the same commitment to clinical excellence, patient experience, and caring for this community that has guided my career.

Many of you have also already met Dr. Rett, who has joined the practice as an associate. His skill, approachability, and dedication to patients make him a wonderful addition to our team. Your care will continue seamlessly, with the same heart, team and commitment you’ve always known. Thank you for an unforgettable career and for allowing me to be part of your orthodontic
journey.

We recognize that all of our patients are unique, and deserve the best orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.

Dr. Grant Bailey DDS, MSD attended the University of Utah, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology. He continued on to Indiana University he received both his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and my Master of Science degree in Dentistry. He is also board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

We offer a wide ranged of treatment options such as Invisalign, traditional and Damon braces, as well as digital scanning!
