About Tana
Over twenty years ago, I was first introduced to the practice of foot zoning. Not long after, I began formal training with Brad Noall and Larry Orr—back when only a handful of people had even heard of this healing modality. In fact, my first class had just two students.
Over the years, I’ve continued my education by auditing and taking many classes. Foot zoning has grown and evolved tremendously since those early days. For example, we didn’t use creams or essential oils in the beginning, and maps of the body’s signals were quite different. Today, we integrate muscle testing to determine which oils best support each individual, and many signals have been refined and added—the brain alone now has over 50 points of focus.
As I work on your feet, I may find areas that are blocked or congested, and by addressing these signals, your body is able to restore balance and heal itself. If you had told me two decades ago that I’d spend my days working on people’s feet to help them feel better, I never would have believed it. Yet the results continue to amaze me. Clients often share things like:
“My sinuses are clearing.”
“I feel so relaxed.”
“My headache is gone.”
“I’m sleeping better.”
“I feel lighter and more balanced.”
“My back pain has eased.”
“I have so much more clarity of mind.”
“I’m finally pregnant!”
When I’m not practicing foot zoning, you’ll often find me enjoying time at the cabin or by the ocean, soaking up sunshine, going on 4-wheeler rides, quilting, swimming laps, doing water aerobics, or laughing with friends. Above all, I treasure time with my husband, our four children and their spouses, and my greatest joy—our seven grandchildren.
Let’s connect—I’d love to share the healing benefits of foot zoning with you.
