We are always giving this recipe out to patients so we thought we would share it here!

It’s difficult to fuel yourself when you’re feeding a little one! This is an easy, protein packed, snack that helps milk supply and is perfect for on the go!

Pro tip: double it and put some in the freezer! OR make these for a new mom in your life ❤️

Oral ties affect more than just breastfeeding! If you’re struggling with any of these symptoms during feeds, come see us for an evaluation!

Sometimes we do a tongue tie release, other times we wait and watch and give baby some exercises to try at home first!

Your unique baby has unique needs and we are here to guide the way! We understand how tricky feeding can be. Let’s get your little one thriving 🤍

If this looks like your tongue, it may be worth getting it checked out! It doesn’t automatically mean a tongue tie, but can be an insightful clue! We can look at this symptom, among others, to see if you have a tongue tie or would benefit from some myofunctional therapy! This could help lessen jaw and head tension, mouth breathing, as well as support facial support/development and sleep!
