🧧🐉 Lunar New Year fun at Creekside!

Our residents rolled up their sleeves and learned how to make crab cream cheese wontons — and they did AMAZING! Not only did they look beautiful, but they tasted absolutely delicious too.

We spent time learning, remembering, and sharing during our Black History Month discussion. It was a meaningful conversation filled with stories, thoughtful reflection, and moments of connection. We are always grateful for opportunities to learn from one another and honor the many voices that shape our history.

We’re excited to recognize Melinda as our Employee of the Month at Creekside Senior Living! ✨🏆🙌

As a Med Tech on our graveyard shift, Melinda works tirelessly through the night, bringing kindness, patience, and a calm presence to our residents. She is dependable, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels safe and cared for.

Yesterday, our residents observed Ash Wednesday with a special service led by the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection.

During the service, we learned about the meaning of Ash Wednesday as the beginning of the Lenten season — a time of reflection and preparation for Easter. Residents who wished to participate received ashes in the sign of the cross and joined in prayer together.

We are grateful for the opportunity to honor the spiritual traditions and for many, to learn about these special traditions that others have!

🌟 Resident of the Month is Georgia! 🌟

We are so excited to celebrate Georgia as our Resident of the Month! She’s been part of the Creekside family for just over a year and has truly become such a special addition to our community. 💛
Georgia has built wonderful friendships and is an active part of our Life Enrichment Program, especially as a dedicated member of our book club, where she always shares the most thoughtful and insightful perspectives. We just love her sweet spirit and the warmth she brings to Creekside each day.
We are so grateful for you, Georgia, and so glad you’re part of our Creekside family! 💐✨

What a beautiful way to wrap up our Stellar Days of Giving! ❤️ Our Valentine’s Day dance brought so much joy. We loved dancing with the DJ and frosting cookies alongside all the grandkids — such special memories made together. 🩷

We were also so excited to crown our Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Queen and King, Nancy & Bernie! 👑💕 It was such a special moment celebrating these two.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported our event, and donated to such a meaningful cause. We are so grateful for our incredible community! 💖
