Karoline is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a Master of Social Work from BYU and a certificate in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice. She’s passionate about creating a safe, empowering space where clients feel supported and understood.

Karoline brings valuable experience from residential and inpatient settings, working primarily with youth facing trauma, emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and more. She uses a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and draws from evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, MI, and strengths-based therapy.

We’re excited to introduce Matt, our newest therapist joining the team!

Matt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. With a Master’s from Boise State and a background in crisis response, Matt brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to even the most challenging moments.

He draws from CBT, ACT, and DBT—always through a trauma-informed lens—to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered and understood.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers powerful, evidence-based tools to help teens and adults build emotional resilience, improve communication, and navigate life’s complexities with confidence.
