I do my best not to get swept up in the emotional side of New Year’s resolutions, but you can use this point in time to examine and introduce new and good habits into your life.
For example, I like to start off the year with a cleanse. I prefer a mild one because of all the sweets I’ve been eating over the Holidays.
Don’t set unrealistic expectations. Start simple and consistent.
