🙌 Meet Shayia!

Hi! I’m Shayia Sims! I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training last year with Crystal Gray Yoga in July. I’m currently enrolled in the 300/500 program. I’m also a Reiki practitioner and psychic medium. I love sharing about how both yoga and reiki has help heal and deepen my connection to my mind and body. Ive been on my healing my inner child journey for about 3 years now. Shedding outdated beliefs, re parenting myself, and validating my emotions. Yoga has been instrumental in my healing journey. I’m excited to use my skills and gifts to hold space for others as they deepened their connection to their body. As someone who is plus sized I was very nervous about going to yoga classes let alone becoming a yoga teacher. My intention is to create a safe environment where people can feel welcomed to show up for themselves as they navigate their yoga journey.
