Koehler Chiropractic Sports & Spinal Rehab is a preferred provider for numerous PPO and HMO insurance plans. We are also a Participating Provider for Medicare and Medicaid. In addition, we provide care under Illinois Workman Compensation and for Liability & Auto Insurance for our patients suffering from personal or motor vehicle collisions. Facilities and Equipment
