Our office staff and doctors strive to schedule patients as immediately as possible. Current or new patients receive same or next day appointments (depending on their schedule). Payment Policies

Koehler Chiropractic Sports & Spinal Rehab is a preferred provider for numerous PPO and HMO insurance plans. We are also a Participating Provider for Medicare and Medicaid. In addition, we provide care under Illinois Workman Compensation and for Liability & Auto Insurance for our patients suffering from personal or motor vehicle collisions. Facilities and Equipment

We feature the finest chiropractic and physical therapy equipment to ensure your comfort and for you to achieve the most for your health care. We constantly stay abreast of the most up-to-date techniques and procedures, as well as stay current on our post-graduate education - and our staff regularly attends conferences so that all your billing needs are met! Is Your Child’s Backpack Causing Back Pain? 🎒

Heavy backpacks can strain a child’s spine, leading to poor posture, muscle fatigue, and long-term discomfort. Overloaded bags stress the shoulders and lower back, increasing the risk of problems.

Research suggests that backpacks should weigh no more than 10-15% of a child’s body weight to prevent strain. Proper fit and wearing both straps evenly can also reduce the risk of back and shoulder pain. 👍
