Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Slow down and sink into deep relaxation during this 90-minute experience designed to restore your body and calm your mind. Begin with a gentle 60-minute restorative yoga practice using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support the body in restful postures. This allows the nervous system to shift into a peaceful “rest and digest” state, releasing tension and promoting balance.
The evening concludes with a luxurious 30-minute sound bath, where you’ll relax in savasana while soothing tones from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you—quieting the mind and leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Suitable for all levels and perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful escape.
