Supporting our communities goes beyond healthcare. Through IBJI CARES, $52,500 was donated to 21 local food pantries across Chicagoland, helping provide critical food access and support for individuals and families.

Alongside these donations, IBJI team members came together with shared purpose to collect 3,640 food items!

Seeing all the thank you cards from food pantries across Chicagoland was a powerful reminder of the people and communities behind this work. We’re grateful to support organizations that show up every day with care, dignity, and compassion for their neighbors.

Community in action! Dr. Jeffrey Ackerman and his family volunteered this past weekend at the Building Better Futures Center for the Arts in the Lawndale neighborhood, with the K.W.O.E. Foundation and the Jonathon Owens Foundation. Together, they helped pack 500 meals for local families.
