IBJI was proud to support the 2026 USA Club Rugby XVs National Championships this past weekend at the Chicago Blaze pitch in Lemont, IL.

Across all three days of competition, our Certified Athletic Trainers and Orthopedic providers were on the sidelines focused on what matters most, protecting athletes and supporting safe play. From taping and immediate injury assessment to on-field treatment as injuries occurred, our team was there to help keep players competing at their best.

On Championship Sunday, we also brought portable x-ray on site to expand access to care right at the field.

We are grateful to be part of a strong community of athletes, coaches, and medical professionals working together to support the game and those who play it.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and peaceful Memorial Day weekend as we honor and remember those who served.

After undergoing labrum repair surgery last fall with fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon Dr. Tom Antkowiak, Sam has made a full recovery and is back behind the plate for Providence Catholic’s varsity baseball team.

Now, he’s preparing to continue his baseball career at Parkside in Kenosha next year! We’re proud to be part of Sam’s journey back to the game he loves. 💚
