Through summer, my schedule opens up and you can now book private sessions with me on most Thursdays & Fridays, as well as Sundays!

Private yoga, Pilates & therapeutic movement allow us to address specific mobility issues, meet a particular goal, or work on the energetic body more closely. I have specializations in working with the lymphatic system.

We’ve got some great events coming up in May

Mother’s Day Special Class 10-11:30am
Pilates blended with gentle yoga, followed by a sound bath. Delicious Ayurvedic treats and tea by earth body yoga

Saturday May 18th 6-8pm
Chelsea & Mykel curated meditative ambient music nights by local, regional, and touring experimental sound artists. Always beautiful and surprising!

Saturday May 24th is a Community Renew & Restore class at 11:30 with Priscilla
