Welcome all! But I go by Gage. I graduated from Cortiva Institute in Joliet as a high honor student. It is one of the few schools that put a heavy emphasis on anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology. I have worked alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists - taking in their expertise and integrating it into my own practice. My main focus of bodywork is Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and Myofascial work. I also specialize with Cupping, Scraping, Plantar Fasciitis, Foot Reflexology, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, Forward Head Posture, Tech Neck, Aromatherapy, Endocannabinoid/Cannabinol Healing and Contrast Therapy. I’ve helped heal a long list of ailments with my clients and create a bridge between you and the many questions you may have about your body. My mission is to provide optimal healthcare and wellness through touch. I value the community and learning about the conditions of others health. To live through each day, with creativity and success, so that it gives me peace of mind knowing my healing hands helps others. Ultimately, I appreciate and enjoy seeing smiles return to me with gratification. I am providing fitness training and nutrition consultations as well, for others and to improve all aspects of the human condition. My goal at the end of our sessions is to give you the knowledge and care to manage a healthy living on your own. The less you see me, the more I know you’re doing better for you. When I’m not providing care for others, you might catch me singing karaoke and shaking it on the dance floor. I have a passion for fire arts that I enjoy performing for friends and family.

💭 Have you ever thought about or heard of contrast therapy?

It’s a simple technique that involves alternating between heat and cold — like using a hot pack followed by an ice pack — to support both mental and physical health 🧠💪

🔥🧊 What is contrast therapy?
It’s the practice of exposing your body to heat and cold in a cycle — typically using a 2:1 ratio, such as 10 minutes of heat followed by 5 minutes of cold. Repeat for a few rounds for maximum benefit.

You don’t need an ice bath or a sauna to try it! Most people can do this at home using things you already have — a heat pack and an ice pack, or even submerging your hands or feet in hot water and ice water using two sinks or tubs. It’s easy, accessible, and powerful.

I wanted to personally thank each and every one of you for your patience and continued support during this time of transition. Renovations are taking a bit longer than expected, but I’m working hard to create a space that’s even better, more peaceful, and worth the wait.

Memorial Day is a solemn reminder of the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country. It's a day to honor those who never came home—and also those who did, but continued fighting battles we could not see and did not win.

At Project Headspace and Timing, we carry the weight of both. We remember our fallen, and we advocate for those who are still with us—veterans who deserve support, understanding, and a reason to stay.

As a civilian, ways you can truly honor this day:

- Visit a local memorial. Say their names.
- Have a conversation with a veteran. Listen without judgment.
- Support organizations that provide mental health resources to veterans.
- Reflect. Talk to your children. Share their stories.
