She received her real estate license April 2014; she has worked as a licensed assistant for a multimillion dollar producer for the first year of her career. During this time as an assistant she specialized in foreclosure and short sale properties. As of June, 2015, Karla has
decided to begin her independent career in Real Estate. Karla serves Kankakee, Iroquois, Ford, Will, Grundy, and Cook counties. Background and Education
Karla Adams holds an associate degree from Day Spring Bible College in education. Karla Adams has 40 plus years of experience in customer service and held management and executive position as district manager with Wendy's restaurants, a multi-million dollar organization. Karla Adams of Coldwell Banker is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Illinois, and is a member of the Kankakee County Association of REALTORS® (KCAR), Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Karla Adams is also a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Karla Adams and her fiancé, Bob Bopes, currently live in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Bob Bopes works at Camelot Therapeutic Schools as a para professional, he works with emotional and developmentally challenged children. Bob is a veteran and served in the Navy. Karla and Bob love spending time together with their 5 dogs, Bear, Boomer, Brinkley, Bruno and Brewsksi and our cat, Tiger. They also love spending time with our extending family, enjoying nephews and nieces dancing recitals, soccer and football games.
