Breathe in the blooms, stretch under the sky, and ground down among the flowers 🌿✨ Join us for an unforgettable morning of movement at the beautiful Proclamation Flower Farm in Wilmington.

There is still time to grab your spot! Inversion & Balance Workshop with Lo – a perfect opportunity to explore balancing postures and maybe even spend some time upside down!

Lo will guide you through each pose, helping you connect mind to body while activating the muscles that support balance and strength. Whether you're new to inversions or looking to brush up on your skills, this is a great opportunity to practice in a supported space.
