Shout out to the businesses that help me maintain my body, skin and hair. for her amazing yoga/thai body work, for Michelle’s deep tissue massage, for Sera and Hayley and Val for their amazing skin services - yesterday I had the dermaplane facial with Hayley and my skin feels like butter!!!!! You make me feel amazing and help reduce muscle pain, wrinkles and stress! I highly recommend!!!

You never know when you want to look put together Today,as I pack up 21 years and clean out the kitchen junk drawer, I found a little bit of Aunt Nancy in just the perfect shade. You bet I’ve got my lipstick on while I pack today. 💄
