Celebrating my 3rd year in business today!!! Thank you all for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉 I've come a long way since then, personally and professionally - from seeing clients one night a week at Sacred Space in Osterville (thank you Nikki for taking a chance on me!), then in the sun room at my house, and now in my own studio in Bourne.

I've been constantly learning and growing with Sva Ha Yoga & The Synergy of Sound Training Academy and now have certifications in Energy Medicine (which I continue to attend monthly), Sound Healing, Energy For Life Coaching, Channeling and Yoga Teacher Training... I've grown from just offering private sessions to now hosting multiple events and classes every month, co-hosting Women's Empowerment Workshops with Marybeth Truran, monthly Reiki & Sound Shares, small group healing sessions and sound healing journeys at The Yoga Collaborative with Amanda Willis, collaborating with local yoga teachers to offer sound experiences for their students, volunteering with the BeBold program as 'the sound healing lady' with local 4th grade girls, AND I became a Cape Wellness Collaborative practitioner helping local cancer patients. It's been such a ride!!

Along the way I have been welcomed into the most wonderful Shamballa of beautiful humans and experienced my own deep, profound healing with my amazing team of mental health and energy medicine practitioners and the support of my husband, family and friends, to whom I am eternally grateful. My magical child is shining bright! ✨

First Women’s Empowerment Workshop is less than a month away! Join us on November 8th as we kick off the series with ‘Journey To Self’, a day dedicated to gaining self awareness and authenticity through thought-provoking activities, discussions and several healing arts.

Co-facilitated by Energy Medicine & Sound Healing Practitioners Ellyn Dent, RN of and Marybeth Truran, LMHC of .healing.arts - Ellyn is a former Hospice nurse and Marybeth practices Jungian and Imaginal Psychology and specializes in long-term trauma recovery.

Workshops are held one Saturday a month 12-4pm from November to April for an exchange of $150, with *scholarships available for financial need.

What a weekend! Had a double-header Friday with Amanda , accompanying her first Sva Ha Yoga with Sound Healing class before heading over to for our monthly sound healing journey. Both were so fun that I forgot to take any pics!

On Saturday a family of nine came in to the studio for a Private Small Group Reiki-Infused Sound Healing, which was fabulous! It was really heart warming to hold space for them to connect in such a special and unique way. For most it was their first time experiencing these modalities and I was honored to be their introduction. We had a lot of fun too! (but again, no pics!)

But here are a few from today's Energy Medicine 3 class at my teacher Lisa's at Fairhaven Healing Arts - a favorite monthly tradition with flow friends from the shamballa where I am able to continue to receive her wisdom directly now, orally transmitted and then overlayed upon us with sound and channeled frequencies. I feel so blessed and grateful to have found this wonderful group and the amount of expansion and healing I've personally received in the process. ✨🙏💖🌀🐚🌞

SAVE THE DATES!! The next series of Women’s Empowerment Workshops returns in November! This is a progressive series in collaboration with Marybeth Truran, LMHC, of Harbor Healing Arts (my neighbor across the hall), and will take place one Saturday a month from 12 to 4 PM from November to April. You'll get to discover and experience varied forms of the healing arts, with sound healing pretty much through the entire workshops.

Marybeth is a Jungian Depth and v Imaginal Psychotherapist who is also trained in Sound Healing and Energy Medicine like me! She brings a soulful level of depth and expertise in lifelong recovery from trauma, and gives the best hugs!!

You can attend one workshop, or come to all! Hop in anytime, but if you attend the first five, the last one is FREE!

Scholarships are available - please add a little note when signing up online, or send me a private message and we'll keep everything discreet. We do not want finances to be a barrier to your empowerment!

Forest Bathing (Shin-Rin Yoku) workshop at Highfield Hall was wonderful this morning! We used our imaginations to remember our connection to nature and trees as a kid before heading out to spend some time with a tree on the land that resonated with us. I really appreciated memories of climbing to the tippy top of 'The Big Tree' on Indian Trail Rd in Cummaquid and the protection and freedom that tree offered us.

The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster will be leading Forest Bathing walks this fall, give it a try, highly recommend!

Received the best text from a client today letting me know she followed my advice and was outside grounding herself, and boy did it made my heart sing! 🤩💖 Grounding helps reset the charge in our bodies, allowing the Earth to recalibrate and support us.
