Sending out a big thank you to everyone who came out for the first 'Salt and Sound Healing' in the salt cave down the hall tonight! It was a lovely intimate setting that allowed me to easily play my instruments over each person, and the acoustics were great!

Getting in the Pulse at the studio this morning, so I thought I'd record a few minutes on the gong from your perspective (laying on the massage table). Iphone recording so the audio isn't as amazing as in person.
I always get hot when I play and go into a bit of a trance, using my imagination and intention to connect to the streams of consciousness that are all around. Enjoy!

Excited to announce after taking a few months off to recover from neck surgery and do a deep dive into my mental and spiritual health I am ready to start seeing clients again for 1:1 energy medicine, sound healing and coaching sessions!

Limited availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays during the day until April 8th, when I leave for my Appalachian Trail adventure until May. 🥾⛰️
