SAVE THE DATES!! The next series of Women’s Empowerment Workshops returns in November! This is a progressive series in collaboration with Marybeth Truran, LMHC, of Harbor Healing Arts (my neighbor across the hall), and will take place one Saturday a month from 12 to 4 PM from November to April. You'll get to discover and experience varied forms of the healing arts, with sound healing pretty much through the entire workshops.

Marybeth is a Jungian Depth and v Imaginal Psychotherapist who is also trained in Sound Healing and Energy Medicine like me! She brings a soulful level of depth and expertise in lifelong recovery from trauma, and gives the best hugs!!

You can attend one workshop, or come to all! Hop in anytime, but if you attend the first five, the last one is FREE!

Scholarships are available - please add a little note when signing up online, or send me a private message and we'll keep everything discreet. We do not want finances to be a barrier to your empowerment!

Forest Bathing (Shin-Rin Yoku) workshop at Highfield Hall was wonderful this morning! We used our imaginations to remember our connection to nature and trees as a kid before heading out to spend some time with a tree on the land that resonated with us. I really appreciated memories of climbing to the tippy top of 'The Big Tree' on Indian Trail Rd in Cummaquid and the protection and freedom that tree offered us.

The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster will be leading Forest Bathing walks this fall, give it a try, highly recommend!
