Let's all say this months affirmation out loud "Love is everywhere this month, which is absolutely delightful! I look beyond romance, however, and see how I can better love my fellow humans. open my mind and heart a bit more each day, and discover new insights, new viewpoints, and new ways to understand what is happening around me. The more I understand and love others, the more that understanding and love return to me. Sending out a huge thank you to everyone who came out to share in this months “Manifest Your Destiny” Women’s Empowerment Workshop on Sat 1/17 - it was a beautiful day of connecting in sacred space!

After a heart opening Bioscalar meditation and tea ceremony we used the equation Manifestation = Intention + Specificity (supported by Sound) as we travelled through the spiral of time and Jungian practices, using our imaginations to discover our hearts truest desires and what we can do to start manifesting them.

We went on a sound healing journey to identify and later release what gets in our way to attaining our hearts desires, and then reattuned our frequencies to attract back what we wish to manifest by ringing it while standing in the Tibetan floor bowl. 🌀✨ It was a truly magical day and I’m so proud of all the participants who shared their authenticity and vulnerability. It’s not always easy to look inside and truly honor yourselves in this way.

Our next workshop “Healthy Boundaries” is in three weeks on Saturday 2/7 from 12-4/4:30ish and there are a few spots available. If you’re interested in joining, please sign up at the link in my Bio or message me for assistance. 🙏☺️💖💚🌀✨

Hi everyone! Sharing a quick update that I've officially started Physical Therapy this week to regain strength after my neck surgery!

I'm taking this time to work on my mental and spiritual health as well, and was able to attend last week's Dharma Talk at Sva Ha Academy and started going back to Energy Medicine class and my monthly sessions with my healer/teacher/mentor Lisa.

I will not be seeing 1:1 clients or teaching classes in the studio for a while still, but will be co-hosting a few upcoming events, which I just posted.

Thank you for all your continued support and check-ins, they are so appreciated. 🙏☺️ Look forward to seeing you soon!

First Women’s Empowerment Workshop is less than a month away! Join us on November 8th as we kick off the series with ‘Journey To Self’, a day dedicated to gaining self awareness and authenticity through thought-provoking activities, discussions and several healing arts.

Co-facilitated by Energy Medicine & Sound Healing Practitioners Ellyn Dent, RN of and Marybeth Truran, LMHC of .healing.arts - Ellyn is a former Hospice nurse and Marybeth practices Jungian and Imaginal Psychology and specializes in long-term trauma recovery.

Workshops are held one Saturday a month 12-4pm from November to April for an exchange of $150, with *scholarships available for financial need.

What a weekend! Had a double-header Friday with Amanda , accompanying her first Sva Ha Yoga with Sound Healing class before heading over to for our monthly sound healing journey. Both were so fun that I forgot to take any pics!

On Saturday a family of nine came in to the studio for a Private Small Group Reiki-Infused Sound Healing, which was fabulous! It was really heart warming to hold space for them to connect in such a special and unique way. For most it was their first time experiencing these modalities and I was honored to be their introduction. We had a lot of fun too! (but again, no pics!)

But here are a few from today's Energy Medicine 3 class at my teacher Lisa's at Fairhaven Healing Arts - a favorite monthly tradition with flow friends from the shamballa where I am able to continue to receive her wisdom directly now, orally transmitted and then overlayed upon us with sound and channeled frequencies. I feel so blessed and grateful to have found this wonderful group and the amount of expansion and healing I've personally received in the process. ✨🙏💖🌀🐚🌞
